Terms and Conditions.

A £100 non refundable deposit, payable at the time of booking and satisfactory completion of our booking form secures your booking.

The remaining balance to be paid no later than 30 day’s prior to the wedding/agreed date of hire.

Any cancellation must be notified in writing at the earliest possible opportunity. The full balance is non refundable in the event of cancellation less than 30 day’s prior to the wedding/agreed date of hire.

Confirmation of booking details and a request for the final balance will be sent out 40 days prior to the wedding/agreed date of hire.

Due to the size of the vehicle it may not always be possible to access certain addresses, under these circumstances we will endeavor to park as close as possible without compromising the safety of other vehicles or road users.
When selecting a venue for a wedding ceremony or reception it should be taken into consideration that some locations are subject to restricted vehicular access/parking, we always comply fully with any restrictions.

We insist on a NO smoking policy be adhered to in the vehicle at all times.

The company would ask that you and your guests take care when entering and leaving the limousine as the company cannot be held responsible for any incidents resulting from persons entering or leaving the limousine.

The Company do not accept any responsibility for any personal items lost or stolen whilst under hire.

Your booking is only secured once we have received your deposit, bookings will be held for 7 day’s.

We can not be held responsible for the delays due to traffic jams, road works, bad weather or any unforeseen circumstances.

We take great pride in the high standards to which our vehicle is maintained, however in the unlikely event of a break down occurring; we cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever.

In any event of a breakdown a full refund will be given. This will discharge our liability to you in full.

Please note that the vehicle is exempt from and has no seat belts fitted.

You must notify us in writing of any amendments to the specified booking arrangements.
